    The staff are warm, friendly and clearly love animals. I'm impressed with the interest and care they took with our pets when grooming them.

    Not just bad service but genuinely rude; waited at the counter for literally 7 minutes while a girl had an overly personal call, darting dirty looks at me! I couldn't believe it! When she finally served me she was poorly informed and went to look for something in the back and didn't come back for over 5 minutes. There's two pet warehouses in Ringwood and I have found both to be better than this nightmare crap shack.
