  Paid $69 for a superior wash which is meant to clean the car inside and out. Got the car back after 1 hour still dirt on the outside mud on the drivers car mat. Rims weren’t cleaned. Windscreen wasn’t washed neither was the back window. Handprints all over the inside of the back window as well.

  My son just paid $49.00 to get the inside of his car cleaned. Got a text after only ten minutes of leaving it there saying car was ready. Had to point out all the bits they missed - major disappointment. Would not recommend.

  After sharing a problem with this Car Wash business they were very apologetic and offered to rectify immediately, they also offered an additional clean and detail. I am yet to take them up on this offer but it would appear they are genuinely disappointed with themselves and keen to make amends. Everyone makes a mistake right, its all about the recovery...
